About Bill Aboumrad
Bill Aboumrad, Jr. has been actively engaged in Real Estate for over 30 years. His professional experience includes roles as an agent, broker, sales manager, senior executive, as well as trainer, mentor and coach. In January 1971, Bill Aboumrad, Sr., opened a real estate company in Fremont, Calif., and in December 1992, Bill was appointed the Broker/Owner of that company, Good Real Estate, which today is known as Legacy Real Estate & Associates, ERA Powered.
Legacy Real Estate has grown to over 300 agents in 3 offices throughout San Francisco’s Bay Area and East Bay. Legacy Real Estate was awarded the No. 1 Top Best Workplaces Award by the San Francisco Chronicle. Bill has been awarded the FIVE STAR Professional Award every year since 2015, the Leaders’ Circle Award since 2008 and has been the featured speaker at numerous industry events locally and across the nation. Bill is often quoted in the San Francisco Business Times for his real estate outlook and market expertise. Bill consistently sells between $15-20M every year, $40-50M in 2021 and 2022, which puts him in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationwide.
