THE LEGACY
Legacy Real Estate & Associates began in 1971 with a man and his vision. Bill Aboumrad, Sr. started Good Real Estate in Fremont, a company that was bound by ethical standards, took a creative approach to problem solving and where each associate had a genuine desire to be kind and gracious. Today, the legacy continues with his son, Bill Aboumrad, Jr. who, as the president, holds the same vision for the company. As a result the company has attracted and retained some of the best and most experienced agents in the industry. “My dad set a solid foundation for me to continue in his legacy, and that’s what the Legacy Real Estate & Associates name and tree is all about. The tree is a symbol of strength, of a foundation with the branches representing my dad on one side, and me on the other. Our company is solidly rooted thanks to the legacy of my dad.”
